These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any engagement between High Ground Solutions ("High Ground," "we," "us") and the business or individual purchasing services ("Client," "you"). By booking a call, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
High Ground provides websites, Google Reviews & Reputation management, Win-Back Campaigns, Custom CRM builds, and related add-ons (such as SEO Boost) as described on our Services page. The exact scope of any engagement is confirmed with the Client before work begins.
For project-based work (including Website builds, SEO Boost, and Custom CRM builds), payment is split as follows:
Recurring services (Google Reviews & Reputation, Win-Back Campaigns, and any monthly retainer or CRM add-on with ongoing API/usage costs) are billed monthly in advance, and continue until cancelled per Section 6.
All payments - including deposits, one-time fees, and monthly charges - are non-refundable once work has commenced or a billing period has started. This reflects the time, tools, and resources committed at each stage of a project. If you believe there has been an error in billing or a failure to deliver agreed-upon work, contact us at contact@REPLACE-WITH-YOUR-DOMAIN.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client owns the final deliverable (e.g., the built website or CRM). Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of High Ground Solutions. Underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components built by High Ground remain our property and may be reused across other client engagements.
Monthly services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to contact@REPLACE-WITH-YOUR-DOMAIN.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund charges already processed for the current billing period.
Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (photos, copy, customer lists for Win-Back Campaigns, etc.) needed to complete the work. Delays in providing this material may delay delivery timelines without affecting payment obligations.
High Ground Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, forms, email/SMS delivery, Google Business Profile). High Ground is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by these third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the Client is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
